It’s official! The Miss District of Columbia Scholarship Program officially announced your Miss District of Columbia 2018 finalists today. These ladies will compete at the Miss District of Columbia 2018 competition June 16-17! The winner will represent DC at the national Miss America pageant.
I’m incredibly excited to be apart of the Miss DC class of 2018. I previously was involved in the Miss America Organization through the Miss Tennessee’s Outstanding Teen program where I fell in love with MAO’s commitment to young women, service, scholarship, style, and success! Since watching my former Miss Mid-south/Miss Tipton County sister crown Grace Burgess take the Miss Tennessee crown in 2016 and watching her on her Miss America journey, I’ve been inspired to continue mine in the Miss competition. The Miss District of Columbia competition will be June 16-17. Follow me on my journey there here and on my social media!
