Miss DC
Washington
The Miss DC finalists had an amazing opportunity to take a tour of the White House today. Our self-guided tour started at the East Wing and ended at the very front of the White House where we snapped some fun pics. It was super fun to hang out with my Miss DC sisters and experience a huge part of our nation’s history. If you’re visiting DC and want to tour the White House, remember to contact your state’s Congressman at least a month in advance to reserve a spot!

Visiting the Children’s Hospital in Anchorage
I met some wonderful kids at the Children’s Hospital at Providence in Anchorage, Alaska! We read Rosie Revere, Engineer together and each kid picked out a STEM book from Art Technically to take home.

COLE Foundation Fundraiser
The COLE Foundation (children’s organization of lending equipment) provides adaptive equipment (such as wheelchairs, walkers, and activity chairs) to children in need. I participated in the COLE Foundation’s first annual Wheels for Freedom motorcycle ride and fundraiser in Prescott, Wisconsin.
